Sell

How I sell homes differently

  1. 1

    Valuation + strategy

We walk the home, run comps, and align on price + prep. I tell you the truth about what your home is worth and what would move that number.

  2. 2

    Prep + marketing

Staging consult, professional photography, video tour, drone, social media campaign. We launch with intention, not just “MLS and pray.”

  3. 3

    Showings + negotiation

We manage the showing schedule, gather feedback, and negotiate offers. I keep you informed without overwhelming you.

  4. 4

    Close

Escrow, inspection response, appraisal, contingencies. I hold the timeline and chase the details.

Buy

How I help you buy

  1. 1

    Consult

A 15-minute call to align on what you're looking for, where, and when. If it makes sense to work together, I'll send you a short list of current properties that match.

  2. 2

    Search

You get a curated feed of new listings, early alerts, and homes I think you'd actually want to see. No noise.

  3. 3

    Tour + offer

We tour. When you find it, I run comps, write the offer, and negotiate. I'll tell you what's worth it and what to walk away from.

  4. 4

    Close

Financing, inspections, appraisal, contingencies. I keep things moving and flag problems before they become problems.

A niche within a niche

Around 11,000 Eichlers were built in California between 1949 and 1974. About 1,100 of them sit in Sunnyvale alone — the largest concentration in the South Bay. No new Eichlers are being built, which is why every renovation decision matters, for owners, for buyers, and for the community.

Meet Jacob

I grew up in the Bay Area, got my license, and built my practice around the homes I love: mid-century modern, post-and-beam, the Eichlers. Whether you're buying, selling, or just exploring, I bring local knowledge, modern marketing, and a designer's perspective to every conversation.
